Exchange / Return Policy

  • We do not offer any refunds or returns. All sales are final. (See policy below)
  • We ONLY accept exchanges of the same item if the item is in stock (see below for full exchange policy)

Exchange Policy:

  • You must notify us via email: info@deesignzfashion.com within 1 day of receiving your item(s) in the mail
  • Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock
  • We will only exchange a size in the item we’ve shipped to you if it does not fit
  • Exchange items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached condition
  • Exchange items must be free of stains, body odor, makeup and deodorant
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fee’s during the exchange process
  • After you notify us, you have 7 days to ship the item(s) back to us. If your item is not received within that 7-day window, you will no longer be eligible for exchange
  • Deesignz Fashion is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage, in case a claim will need to be filed with the mailing agency.
  • In order to guarantee you get the size you would like to exchange for, you may purchase the correct size. Once we have received your exchange item and it has passed inspection, we will issue the payment back for the cost of the item.
  • Please Note: Body suits, swim, sale items, and items purchased during a sale do not qualify for an exchange.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds of a sale. All transactions are final and non-refundable.  We understand this may be an inconvenience, but we are focused on improving to give the best client experience.  We appreciate your support and understanding.
